About The Position

Maersk Ground Freight is seeking Warehouse Associates in Valencia, California. The role supports warehouse and logistics operations by moving and organizing inventory and helping fulfill customer orders. The schedule is 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; weekend work is required, with two days off during the week. The position involves order picking, building pallets, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting shipping and receiving. Associates use pallet jacks and RF scanners to move and stock inventory, inspect incoming shipments, and prepare outgoing orders. Employees collaborate to meet productivity goals and fulfill customer orders on time. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the organization’s ongoing needs. Requirements

Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners.
Strong attention to detail for accurately picking and packing orders.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy.
