About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant builds relationships with customers, learns about their needs, presents merchandise and product information, explains service plans and financing options, and works toward individual and team sales goals. The role calls for a customer-focused approach, strong communication and relational skills, and flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
