About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Chiropractor to join its clinic team in Valencia, California. This part-time role delivers routine chiropractic care in a supportive, streamlined retail clinic environment. The position requires availability on Monday and one additional day. The chiropractor evaluates patients, performs manual adjustments, develops and recommends treatment plans, and maintains patient records. The role also includes patient education, arranging and interpreting diagnostic imaging when medically necessary, building doctor-patient relationships, and supporting membership sales through care-focused conversations. The position pays $45–$47 per hour, depending on experience, and offers bonus potential, company-paid malpractice insurance, and opportunities for future growth and development. The applicant would work for an independent franchisee of The Joint Corp.; the franchisee is the sole employer and sets its own employment terms, including wages and benefits, which may vary.

Requirements

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college.
Valid chiropractic license in the applicable state.
Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or a recent SPEC exam.
Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability on Monday and one additional day.

Responsibilities

Review patients’ health and medical histories and examine and evaluate their neuromusculoskeletal systems.
Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
Educate patients about routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Arrange diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze the results.
Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
