About The Position

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform material-handling duties in a warehouse. The role includes receiving and unloading inbound materials, processing shipments and customer returns, pulling and assembling customer orders, inventory checks, and operating forklift equipment. It also involves maintaining an organized and safe facility, with occasional customer service and sales-slip preparation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Forklift operator experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Organization skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of previous warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull and assemble customer orders; check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct inventory stock checks and daily cycle counts; restock and label vendor products.
• Maintain displays, and move, store, and replenish materials.
• Receive and unload inbound materials and process inbound shipments.
• Process customer returns and notify management about damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, including sweeping, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and general office maintenance.
• May assist customers and prepare sales slips.
• Follow safety rules and report accidents, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts to management.
• Perform other related duties.
