About The Position

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to perform material-handling duties in a warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving, loading and unloading material; assembling customer orders; checking orders and inventory; replenishing and labeling stock; and operating forklift equipment. The role also includes maintaining a clean and organized facility, supporting customers as needed, and following safety procedures.

The expected base pay at the commencement of employment is $37,000 to $46,000 per year. Actual base pay is determined individually and may be part of a broader compensation package that can include commission, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short- and long-term incentives, and company-sponsored benefits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Basic math, organization, and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.

Nice To Haves

• Three or more years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull and assemble customer orders, and check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct inventory stock checks and daily cycle counts.
• Restock and label vendor products, maintain displays, and move, store, and replenish material.
• Receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments and stock material, and process customer returns.
• Notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, including sweeping, removing trash, cleaning restrooms, and performing general office maintenance.
• May assist customers and prepare sales slips.
• Follow safety rules and report accidents, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts to management.
• Perform other related duties as required.
