About The Position

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to perform a variety of material-handling duties associated with warehouse operations. The role includes receiving, loading and unloading materials, assembling customer orders, inventory checks, and daily operation of forklift equipment. The employee also helps maintain an organized, safe facility and may assist customers and prepare sales slips.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Basic math, organization, and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.

Nice To Haves

• Three or more years of previous warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull and assemble customer orders; check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Check inventory, restock and label vendor products, maintain displays, move, store, and replenish materials, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Receive and unload inbound materials, process inbound shipments and stock materials, and process customer returns.
• Notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, including sweeping, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and general office maintenance.
• May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
• Follow safety rules and report accidents, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts to management.
• Perform other related duties as required.
