About The Position

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to perform a variety of material-handling duties in a warehouse. The role includes receiving, loading and unloading material; pulling and assembling customer orders; checking inventory; and using forklift equipment daily. It may also involve assisting customers and preparing sales slips.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Basic math, organization, and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.

Nice To Haves

• Three or more years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull and assemble customer orders, and check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Check inventory, restock and label vendor products, maintain product displays, move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Receive and unload inbound material; process inbound shipments and stock material; process customer returns; and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, including sweeping, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and general office maintenance.
• May assist customers and prepare sales slips.
• Follow safety rules and report accidents, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts to management.
• Perform other related duties as required.
