About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Wash Load Capacity Specialist to support the Rental Division. The specialist verifies that customer garments and bulk products, including shirts, pants, floor mats, and shop towels, have been accurately organized into laundry bags. They weigh each bag, verify that it meets weight parameters for the material type, and use equipment to send appropriately weighted bags to the washroom. Warehouse Associates maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of work.

The role requires working safely near others for extended periods in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. Associates frequently communicate with others and handle soiled or pungent-odor materials using appropriate protective equipment. The position involves standing and physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. Having a criminal history does not automatically disqualify a candidate.
