About The Position

The Warehouse Associate – Wash Load Capacity Specialist supports Cintas’s Rental Division. This role verifies that customer garments and bulk products, including shirts, pants, floor mats, and shop towels, are correctly organized into laundry bags. The specialist weighs each bag, checks that it meets weight parameters for its material type, and uses equipment to send appropriately weighted bags to the washroom. Warehouse Associates maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for work quantity and quality.

The position requires following attendance and safety policies, working in close proximity to other people for extended periods, and communicating frequently with coworkers. Employees must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures and handling soiled or pungent materials while using appropriate protective equipment. Physical demands include standing and lifting or moving materials for most of the shift.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.
