About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Wash Load Capacity Specialist to support the Rental Division. The specialist verifies that customer garments and bulk products, including shirts, pants, floor mats, and shop towels, are accurately organized into laundry bags. The specialist weighs each bag, checks that it meets the weight parameters for its material type, and uses equipment to send appropriately weighted bags to the washroom. Warehouse Associates are expected to keep their work area clean and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of work.

The role requires adherence to the attendance policy and working safely near others for extended periods in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. Frequent communication with others is required to complete work activities. The position also involves handling soiled materials or materials with pungent odors while using appropriate protective equipment. Physical demands include standing and lifting or moving materials for most of the shift.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements
