About The Position

The Fulfillment Center Associate II prepares glass for distribution to field operation teams. The role performs warehouse functions to meet shipping timelines and ensure the right parts reach the right team members. Duties include operating material handling equipment, handling inventory with scanners, preparing pallets, and assisting with trailer unloading.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Applicants hired to operate an order picker must weigh under 300 pounds to comply with equipment specifications and safety regulations.
Experience with some material handling equipment, such as a forklift, order picker, or reach truck.
Comfort working in varying environmental conditions, including seasonal heat or cold, and staying stationary for long shifts.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks moving or raising objects weighing up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Punctuality and consistent attendance.
Positive attitude and focus on exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Operate at least one piece of material handling equipment, such as a forklift, reach truck, or order picker, including equipment raised to heights of up to 40 feet.
Perform daily warehousing tasks such as pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation.
Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
Follow safety and personal protective equipment requirements.
Maintain a secure, clean work area through general housekeeping.
Build steel pallets and prepare them for inventory replenishment.
Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand.
Perform other duties as assigned.
