About The Position

The Fulfillment Center Associate II prepares glass for distribution to field operation teams and performs warehousing functions to meet shipping timelines and deliver the correct parts to team members. The role supports customer safety by ensuring parts are handled, inspected, and fulfilled for the technician team. This seasonal position works Wednesday through Saturday, 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Starting pay is $21.50 per hour. The role includes operating material handling equipment, completing inventory and pallet tasks, and maintaining a safe and clean work area.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Experience with some MHE equipment, such as a forklift, order picker, or reach truck.
If hired to operate the order picker, must weigh under 300 pounds to comply with equipment specifications and safety regulations.
Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions, including seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.
Able to perform repetitive physical tasks involving moving or raising objects weighing up to 35 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Operate at least one piece of material handling equipment (MHE), such as a forklift, reach truck, or order picker, including equipment raised to heights of up to 40 feet.
Perform daily warehousing tasks such as pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation.
Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
Follow safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Maintain a secure and clean work area through general housekeeping.
Build steel pallets and prepare them for inventory replenishment.
Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand.
Fulfill other duties as assigned.
