About The Position
Morrison Living is hiring immediately for part-time WAITER/WAITRESS positions at the Beatitudes Campus in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves taking food and beverage orders, delivering items to guests, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders efficiently.
- Deliver food promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
- Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests and accommodating requests.
- Communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special requests.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and ability to get along well with others, remaining flexible and patient.
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
- Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
- Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
- Address complaints or issues promptly and relay information to supervisors.
- Ensure the dining room is properly set up and clean, meeting sanitation standards.
- Operate various equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
- Work with staff from other departments for special events and functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
