About The Position

The VP, Product Management, Profitability owns the product portfolio behind Intapp Time, Intapp Billstream, and Intapp Celeste capabilities applied to profitability. The role will evolve these products from systems that record and review work into agentic systems that govern revenue from capture through invoice, with ownership of the work-to-cash domain from pricing and scoping through time capture, work in process, pre-bill review, and collections. The position reports to the General Manager of the Profitability Business Unit. The VP sets and sequences the product roadmap against revenue commitments and launch milestones, leads and develops the product management team, and partners with Engineering, Services, Product Marketing, and Sales to deliver products and own outcomes after launch. The role establishes repeatable practices for AI-native product management, including agent behavior, confidence and escalation thresholds, quality measurement, governance, and auditability. It also owns product health and the business unit's monthly product review, and represents the product with clients, prospects, analysts, and partners.
