About The Position

Juvare is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead its Platform and Vertical Product Management organization while directly owning the strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and adoption of Juvare AI (JAI). This strategic, hands-on role aligns Juvare’s markets, products, shared platform capabilities, product adoption, and New Product Innovation. The Director partners closely with the NPI Accelerator Team to move promising concepts from market validation into commercially viable, scalable offerings and develops a high-performing Product Management team. The role reports to the Chief Product Officer and has direct responsibility for Juvare AI. The Director leads and develops Platform and Vertical Product Managers, establishes accountability and operating practices, and maintains an integrated portfolio roadmap. The role translates company strategy into portfolio priorities across Federal, SLED, Healthcare, Critical Infrastructure, and shared platform capabilities; builds repeatable growth and NPI processes; and owns product-adoption measurement, the Pendo operating model, and product data strategy. The Director owns Juvare AI’s vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, packaging, performance, and adoption. This includes defining differentiated AI value and use cases, partnering with technical and governance teams to ensure responsible deployment, and setting measurable adoption and commercial goals. The role also engages customers and prospects, supports commercialization and launches, and represents Product Management in customer, partner, executive, board, and investor discussions. The successful candidate will be strategic and hands-on, commercially accountable, customer-centered, technically credible, and comfortable making portfolio tradeoffs. They will develop product talent and turn customer insight and product data into offerings customers adopt, value, expand, and recommend.
