About The Position

Foundant is seeking a VP, Product Management to own the product management function across its portfolio of SaaS products, serving customers globally. This role involves leading Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Designers, setting strategic direction, and enhancing the organizational competency, process maturity, and tooling. The VP will be instrumental in integrating active listening, structured data, and operational metrics across the portfolio. A key aspect of this role is partnering with the CTO, CEO, and Chief Strategy Officer to shape portfolio-level strategy and investment priorities, including both organic and inorganic initiatives. Collaboration with engineering leadership on execution and roadmap objectives, as well as with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations to ensure effective go-to-market execution, is also crucial.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including experience building and leading product management organizations at scale.
  • Proven experience leading Product Management, Product Ownership, and Product Design functions together within SaaS organizations.
  • Experience operating a multi-product, multi-region SaaS portfolio, ideally spanning international markets such as the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, and/or Australia.
  • Demonstrated experience selecting, implementing, and scaling product management process/methodology, tooling and infrastructure to support organizational maturity.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product management function across Foundant's portfolio of SaaS products, serving customers across the US, Canada, the EU, Australia, and the UK.
  • Lead the Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Designers aligned to each product line, setting direction and raising the bar for how the portfolio is built and run.
  • Build out the organizational competency, process maturity and tooling.
  • Instrument active listening, structured data and signals, and operational metrics across the portfolio.
  • Partner with the CTO, CEO, and Chief Strategy Officer to shape portfolio-level strategy and investment priorities, across both organic and inorganic initiatives.
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership on execution of product initiatives and roadmap objectives.
  • Partner with leaders in the Sales and Marketing and Customer Success organizations to ensure downstream GTM execution that drives product releases to realization of value.
