About The Position

At dentsu, we're looking for a strategic product leader who understands the intersection of social media, marketing technology, data, and product innovation. If you're passionate about building enterprise products, translating complex business needs into scalable solutions, and shaping the future of social activation technology, this could be the role you've been waiting for. As our VP, Product Management, Social, you'll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of products that support audience intelligence, social activation, creator workflows, reporting, measurement, and emerging AI-powered capabilities across our media technology ecosystem. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence senior stakeholders, collaborate across business and technology teams, and drive products from concept through launch and adoption.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management, product strategy, AdTech, MarTech, media technology, SaaS, or related experience.
  • Experience building product vision and strategy, not just managing features or backlogs.
  • Deep understanding of social media technologies, workflows, and activation platforms.
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business decisions and actionable plans.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a multi-year product vision for dentsu's social activation portfolio.
  • Identify market opportunities across social media, creator marketing, audience intelligence, AI, identity, privacy, and workflow automation.
  • Turn ambiguous business challenges into actionable product strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional product initiatives involving business, engineering, data, design, operations, and external partners.
  • Prioritize investments, features, integrations, and platform enhancements based on customer needs and business impact.
  • Ensure products move from vision to delivery while maintaining alignment with strategic goals.
  • Transform one-off client solutions into repeatable, productized offerings.
  • Improve workflows through automation, orchestration, and platform integration.
  • Establish operating models that support adoption, onboarding, support, reporting, and long-term growth.
  • Partner with senior leaders across social, media, technology, data, commercial, and product organizations.
  • Support executive presentations, strategic client discussions, product demonstrations, and new business opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on social technology, activation, audience intelligence, and product strategy.
