EarthCam is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead revenue generation, sales strategy, team development, and overall sales performance across the organization. This role is heavily focused on driving sales growth, managing sales leaders and individual contributors, developing scalable sales processes, and building a high-performance sales culture. The Vice President of Sales will own revenue performance, forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and sales execution across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally strong, strategic, and passionate about building and developing high-performing sales teams. This individual must possess exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, accountability, and a proven track record of driving consistent revenue growth. This is not a traditional management role. Instead, this position focuses on building a scalable sales organization, developing future sales leaders, improving sales execution, and creating sustainable revenue growth strategies that help the broader organization succeed.
