About The Position

Lickety Split Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and scale their elite sales team. This role is for a sales trailblazer ready to dominate a fast-growing home services company. The mission is to own the sales function from the ground up, including strategy, recruiting, training, compensation plans, KPIs, sales process optimization, and achieving results.

  • Experienced in home services or similar industries with high-volume sales

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performance sales force across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
  • Develop strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue and expand market share
  • Set and monitor aggressive KPIs for team performance, conversion rates, and average ticket size
  • Recruit and coach top producers —and know how to exit those who aren't
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure leads are hot and customers are wowed
  • Optimize CRM usage and leverage data for decision-making
  • Report directly to the CEO and drive company-wide growth
