About the position
The Vice President of Network and Partner Development at Axuall will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners on both sides of Axuall's data network. This includes identifying and engaging key data partners, establishing and maintaining data sharing relationships, and exploring creative business arrangements such as joint ventures or strategic partnerships. The candidate should have experience in forging business partnerships, handling vendor negotiations, and establishing ongoing communication with partners. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, with a passion for excellence and a drive to inspire data partners to work with Axuall.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Axuall's strategic partners on both sides of Axuall's data network
- Work closely with the leadership team and product team to identify and engage key data partners into the Axuall network
- Identify key actors in the provider data ecosystem that are aligned to Axuall's needs
- Engage partners in a data sharing relationship and maintain that relationship as the solution scales
- Forge creative business arrangements such as joint ventures or strategic partnerships
- Forge business relationships with go-to-market partners and other solutions that Axuall works with
- Establish unique business partnerships, exploring revenue share agreements or other engagements that benefit both parties
- Handle vendor negotiations and establish business agreements
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners
- Engage the market and understand customers' data needs and the provider data ecosystem
