Manager, Software Engineering

The Manager of Software Engineering at Axuall is responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to design, develop, and deliver highly scalable applications and services. They will work with a modern technology stack including Vue.js, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS. Collaborating with product management and other engineering teams, they will build and deploy iterative solutions. Additionally, they will evaluate technological and architecture choices, cultivate positive relationships with team members and partners, and contribute to department-wide objectives.

• Build, lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver cutting edge software
