About The Position

Turbine is seeking a strategic VP of Marketing to build the company’s reputation and market position as a leader in BioAI and virtual biology. The role translates Turbine’s scientific and commercial differentiation into a clear corporate narrative, strong executive presence, and increased engagement with leading biopharma organizations. A central mandate is to elevate the external profiles of Turbine’s founders and leadership team and establish them as credible, distinctive voices in BioAI and the future of pharmaceutical R&D. The VP provides strategic marketing leadership as Turbine scales commercially and expands its technology across modalities and therapeutic areas. The role advises the CEO, founders, Chief Business Officer, and wider leadership team on positioning, external communications, executive visibility, and market engagement. It leads the marketing function and sets strategy across corporate and product marketing while developing a high-performing team focused on product marketing, scientific content, conferences, and sales enablement. Turbine’s Virtual Lab enables scientists to run Virtual Assays across millions of biological conditions, helping them explore biological search spaces computationally before deciding what to validate in the wet lab. Its integrated lab-in-the-loop workflow feeds validation results back into subsequent predictions. The company reports reducing decision timelines from 12–18 months to approximately two months and cutting wet-lab experiments by more than 50% in deployed programs. Turbine’s virtual assays have supported more than 30 discovery programs with leading biopharma companies. The position is remote in the US East Coast and reports to the Chief Business Officer. Compensation is a base salary of $220,000–$250,000 plus a performance-based target annual bonus of 20% of base salary.
