About The Position

Proton is hiring a VP of Marketing to lead marketing for its AI-powered, multi-product platform serving the U.S. wholesale distribution industry. The role will sharpen Proton’s story, expand its marketing engine, and generate the qualified pipeline needed to meet revenue goals. A RevOps agency and creative contractors provide additional support. This is a player-coach role combining strategic direction with hands-on contribution. The role owns pipeline generation across inbound and outbound channels, brand and product positioning, messaging, launches, go-to-market strategy, customer marketing, marketing operations, and team development. It also includes improving workflows for research, campaigns, and analysis through AI, and keeping the team informed about how buyers discover and evaluate products, including through AI-powered search.
