About The Position

Clients Blackbox is a specialized Meta advertising agency exclusively serving Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and independent financial advisory firms. We focus on building and managing Facebook advertising funnels to generate qualified, booked appointments for our clients. This role is a hands-on, individual contributor position where you will be responsible for both the sales and marketing functions of the company. You will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing and also develop and implement our internal marketing strategy. The role offers a clear path to leading a sales and marketing team as the company expands and you achieve results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience (not appointment setting or lead qualification only).
  • Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous role, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance-based incentives.
  • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers.
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
  • Comfortable operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Take introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects.
  • Run strategy and pitch presentations.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from first touch to close.
  • Handle objections, follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
  • Own and operate internal Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute the broader marketing strategy, including content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
  • Elevate the company brand to attract larger and more established clients.
  • Create or direct the creation of marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
  • Think holistically about brand and understand how advertising fits within a larger growth strategy.
