The VP of Growth will own Evvy's end-to-end consumer acquisition and retention strategy: building the systems, team, and operating cadence that turns momentum into a durable, compounding growth machine. You'll ensure our acquisition strategy is data-driven and efficient across both paid and organic channels — from the content and community that drive the majority of our revenue today, to the paid infrastructure that scales what's already working. You'll own capital allocation across all of it, with AI embedded throughout, not bolted on. Reporting directly to the Co-founder & CMO, you'll set the strategy, hold the P&L, and be accountable for outcomes. Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in NYC. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.
