About The Position

Lumenci is seeking a VP of Delivery to lead its technical delivery practice supporting patent litigation, licensing, and IP monetization matters. The role leads technical consultants and analysts in the United States and India, owns client relationships and practice business results, and ensures the quality and defensibility of technical work. The position combines leadership, project and financial management, client service, and technical oversight. Approximately 60% of the role focuses on running the business, leading people, and owning client relationships; approximately 40% focuses on reviewing work, directing analysis on high-stakes matters, and addressing difficult technical questions. The practice delivers Evidence of Use reports and claim charts, product testing and reverse engineering, source code analysis, and technical diligence. The VP is expected to have hands-on depth in at least one of these areas and enough understanding of the others to review work and guide the team. The role also establishes quality standards and repeatable processes, develops talent, improves workflows, and champions AI-enabled tools. The position is remote within the United States, with travel of up to 20% for client meetings, matter reviews, team gatherings, and industry events. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
