The role also owns the intake and review process for engineering investment requests and leads portfolio capacity allocation with engineering and AI and Data leaders. It establishes outcome goals with the CPTO and Finance and communicates investment decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders. The role sets product vision and strategy, leads product leaders and product managers across the Supplier Journey, Buyer Journey, Data & Intelligence, and Platform trios, and develops the product organization, including building Product Management in Noida. It leads product operations, including analytics and instrumentation, research operations, investment intake, and operating cadence. The role works with the Head of GRC to incorporate regulatory, security, and third-party risk requirements into product decisions. It owns product discovery, vision and strategy, the product organization across the four trios, product operations, and the process for investment requests to reach engineering. Engineering delivery, quality, and technical standards; design leadership and research practice; security policy and compliance; and client commercial relationships and final pricing and packaging decisions sit with other leaders. First-year priorities include publishing a CPTO-approved product vision and strategy; agreeing outcome goals for each trio, including a revenue goal for standalone data products; launching a single outcome-linked investment intake and review process; establishing weekly customer touchpoints and discovery practices; measuring and improving discovery and delivery health; appointing or hiring product leaders for all four trios, including the Platform leader in Noida; establishing product operations and reliable analytics; and ensuring teams operate as trios with shared goals and joint planning and reviews.
