As a recognized industry leader experiencing explosive growth in the rapidly expanding cybersecurity market, we are seeking a dynamic General Manager and VP of North America Sales. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will oversee all business activities in North America. This is a highly visible, strategic role responsible for driving revenue, shaping our go-to-market strategy, and leading a diverse organization that includes our enterprise hunting teams, vertical farming teams, and a newly established midmarket division.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of sales experience in comparable industries, with 5+ years in a senior VP sales management position and a proven track record of significant growth achievement in the Networking, Security, or Cloud markets.
  • Deep expertise in implementing, enforcing, and coaching the MEDDPICC: sales methodology across a large organization to drive forecasting accuracy and deal velocity.
  • Expertise in Radware’s technology domains, including Application and Network Security, Cloud Security, Web Application and API Protection (WAAP), Application Delivery, and Hybrid/Private Cloud.
  • Successful track record of building, coaching, and managing a large, remote-based sales team. Proven ability to create effective compensation plans and develop onboarding programs that accelerate productivity.
  • Ability to successfully approach different segments of the market (from midmarket to major enterprise accounts) with varying pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to work independently from a remote location with extensive North American travel (up to 80%25) required to support teams, partners, and customers.
  • Bachelors degree in a technology or business field is a plus; Masters degree is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the NA Go-to-Market Strategy: Oversee and run the Enterprise Sales (Farming & Hunting), Cloud Service Provider Sales, Midmarket, and Business Development teams in North America.
  • Lead from the Front: Act as the company’s chief salesperson and executive sponsor in the region, actively engaging in top-to-top negotiations and closing complex, strategic deals.
  • Ecosystem & Partner Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our diverse range of strategic partners, channel ecosystem, and system integrators to drive mutual success and accelerate market growth across North America.
  • P&L & Revenue Ownership: Hold full responsibility for setting the regional business plan, managing the subsidiary's budget, and overachieving YOY business targets on revenues expected to be over $100M.
  • Build a World-Class Team: Continuously recruit, coach, and empower a high-performing sales staff comprised of natural hunters and self-sufficient closers.
  • Operational Excellence: Apply a maniacal, metrics-driven approach to sales operations, maintaining focus on both short-term execution and long-term strategic goals.
  • Executive Leadership: Serve as a core member of the executive team, embracing Radware's culture, acting as a positive force multiplier of our values, and bringing strategic thinking to the table.
