VP, Databricks Practice Lead - North America

Blend360•Columbia, MD
•$275,000 - $325,000

About The Position

Blend360 is hiring a senior commercial leader to build and scale its Databricks partnership across North America. The role owns the external relationship with Databricks and develops a disciplined account, co-sell, and market motion across Blend. It connects Databricks field teams with Blend account teams, helps clients turn business priorities into credible Databricks opportunities, and builds evidence for long-term partner progression. The successful candidate will be commercially accountable, technically credible, and effective in a matrix environment. Rather than operating as a general alliance manager, this leader will establish field confidence in a focused set of differentiated, client-backed Databricks offers and ensure the joint motion creates measurable client outcomes, qualified pipeline, and referenceable work. In the first 120 days, the leader will confirm the partnership baseline and requirements for the next partner tier, map priority Databricks field relationships, establish a weekly operating cadence, launch five to eight joint account plans, define co-sell qualification and pipeline practices, and align three to four priority use-case wedges with Databricks field feedback and Blend technical readiness. Success will be measured by a predictable joint account cadence, qualified co-sell pipeline tied to accounts and delivery capacity, referenceable customer outcomes and partner-progression evidence, and a consistent market narrative. The starting pay range is $275,000–$325,000 per year. Actual compensation depends on factors including experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. Blend360 offers a competitive benefits program to support team members and their families; benefits vary by role and eligibility and may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, paid holidays, commuter benefits, flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance, and employee assistance programs.
