About The Position

Monks’ Media Transformation (MT) practice helps enterprise brands improve business outcomes by modernizing media planning, activation, measurement, and management. It combines consulting, hands-on media expertise, and emerging technology to help clients build effective operating models, accelerate innovation, and develop lasting media capabilities. Engagements range from focused projects such as audits, taxonomy work, and pilots to full in-housing transitions and ongoing embedded teams. As VP and executive lead, you will set the practice’s operational and commercial strategy, scale its advisory capabilities, and develop bespoke solutions for the future of paid media and advertising. You will run the day-to-day business and a multidisciplinary team of more than 35, hold financial accountability, and set delivery standards. You will own revenue growth by retaining and expanding existing accounts, winning new business, and evolving the practice’s capabilities as client needs change. You will serve as executive sponsor to senior client stakeholders and build long-term relationships with strategic enterprise clients and partners. You will shape and expand MT’s offerings by combining consulting, media operations, and emerging technology. Across Monks, you will build partnerships with Data, Managed Media, Creative, DCO, and internal technology teams to develop integrated solutions and shared growth opportunities. You will also represent MT in cross-company initiatives, client escalations, and new-business pitches. The role is based in New York City or on the West Coast, both preferred, and requires regular travel to client sites and Monks offices. It is subject to Monks’ Return to Office policy; employees within commuting distance of an office are expected to work from the office a set number of days per week.
