We are seeking a VP of Health Plan Partnerships to grow revenue and strategic footprint within our existing payer partners. You will own post-land expansion strategy, uncover new use cases, and drive adoption across additional lines of business, regions, and member populations. This role is ideal for a senior commercial leader who excels at developing deep, multi-threaded executive relationships, turning early wins into scaled deployments, and navigating complex internal dynamics to expand payer partnerships over time. You’ll work closely with clinical, product, implementation, and executive teams to ensure measurable value delivery, then translate that value into renewal and upsell momentum. This is a high-ownership role in an early-stage environment where you’ll shape how Hippocratic AI scales inside payer accounts.
