About The Position

As VP, Global Growth Marketing at vCluster Labs, you will build and lead a global growth engine that turns market awareness into predictable, measurable pipeline. You will bring together existing product marketing, creative, community, ecosystem partnerships, and events into a coordinated system spanning account-based marketing, field marketing, digital demand, and marketing operations. The role owns the strategy, team, budget, and systems that connect marketing investment to revenue, using modern, AI-enabled ways of working. You will own global demand strategy, pipeline targets, budget, and performance across enterprise and AI infrastructure markets. You will establish an always-on demand engine across paid digital, inbound, outbound orchestration, ABM, events, and field marketing; define funnel targets and conversion benchmarks; and be accountable for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline. You will build and scale global ABM for high-value accounts and buying groups in partnership with Sales leadership, and lead field programs across North America, EMEA, and other priority markets. You will oversee paid search, paid social, retargeting, website and landing-page conversion, experimentation, agency performance, and collaboration with content and SEO/AEO teams to turn organic and AI search visibility into demand. You will establish the marketing operations foundation, including funnel architecture, lifecycle definitions, attribution, lead routing, scoring, and dashboards. In partnership with Revenue Operations, you will support clean data flow across Salesforce, HubSpot, and other go-to-market systems, while introducing AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and personalize outreach at scale. You will build and lead a global team covering demand generation, ABM, field, events, and marketing operations. As a strategic partner to Sales and executive leadership, you will own planning, resource allocation, and budget decisions, supporting recommendations with data. In the first 30 days, you will set the growth strategy and operating plan, agree on a data and attribution roadmap with RevOps, and establish an initial ABM motion. Within 3 to 6 months, you will build a repeatable pipeline engine with reliable reporting on sourced and influenced pipeline and budget efficiency.
