About The Position

The Volunteer Services Manager implements and maintains services that directly or indirectly serve patients, guests, and hospital staff. The Manager assesses volunteer needs and ensures volunteers are effectively assigned to provide assistance throughout the facility. The role also ensures annual educational and Joint Commission regulatory compliance requirements are met and maintained, reviews and maintains CC budget and expenses, provides historical recruitment and placement data for AOI, and participates in the Hospital Leadership Group.
