About The Position

The Manager of Guest & Volunteer Services leads and enhances the patient and visitor experience across the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center network. The role oversees front-line guest services operations, including attendants, receptionists, and mail room staff, and manages and grows a system-wide volunteer program. The Manager advocates for compassionate care and works to ensure that guests, patients, and family members receive exemplary service during their visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Human Services, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in guest services, volunteer management, or a related healthcare leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee front-line guest services operations, including attendants, receptionists, and mail room staff.
• Manage and grow a system-wide volunteer program.
• Enhance the patient and visitor experience across the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center network.
• Promote compassionate care and exemplary service for guests, patients, and family members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
