About The Position

The Volunteer Services Manager implements and maintains services that directly or indirectly serve patients, guests, and hospital staff. The manager assesses volunteer needs and ensures volunteers are effectively assigned throughout the facility, while ensuring annual education and Joint Commission regulatory compliance requirements are met and maintained. The position reviews and maintains the CC budget and expenses, provides historical recruitment and placement data for AOI, and participates in the Hospital Leadership Group.
