About The Position

Music & Arts is seeking a music educator to teach voice lessons and inspire students of varying ages and skill levels. The teacher creates an engaging, supportive, and safe learning environment; builds positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication, goal-setting, and progress updates; and partners with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention. Music & Arts handles administrative work so instructors can focus on teaching and supporting students’ musical growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of music teaching experience, especially with voice.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with piano or related instruments.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Music.
• Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
• Eight or more years of teaching experience, especially with multiple instruments.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.

• Communicate regularly with students and parents, set goals, and provide progress updates.
• Partner with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention.
