About The Position
EyeCare Partners is seeking two board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained Vitreoretinal Surgeons to join Tidewater Eye Center and Virginia Eye Consultants in Coastal Virginia. One position is in Portsmouth/South Hampton Roads and one is in Williamsburg, with Norfolk serving as a central hub. The surgeons will address immediate medical and surgical retina demand and help expand retina services across the regional network. The role offers established medical and surgical retina volume, a strong patient base across multiple Virginia markets, an extensive optometric and ophthalmology referral network, and a broad mix of medical, surgical, and complex retinal disease. Physicians will work with a collaborative team of ophthalmologists and subspecialists, supported by advanced clinical and surgical infrastructure and experienced clinical support teams. The position also offers the opportunity to help grow and shape regional retina services, with potential for long-term leadership, growth, and partnership.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in the relevant specialty.
- Fellowship-trained in vitreoretinal surgery.
Responsibilities
