About The Position
EyeCare Partners is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained Glaucoma Surgeon to join Tidewater Eye Center and Virginia Eye Consultants in Coastal Virginia. The practices have combined to create an expanded ophthalmology network and are growing specialty eye care services across the Hampton Roads and Williamsburg regions. The surgeon will step into immediate clinical and surgical glaucoma demand and help expand glaucoma services across an established regional network. The opportunity includes a broad surgical mix, diverse glaucoma pathology and complex cases, collaboration with ophthalmologists and subspecialists, advanced diagnostic and surgical technology, experienced clinical and surgical support, and a multi-location network. Long-term leadership, professional growth, and partnership potential are available.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible.
- Fellowship-trained in glaucoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and surgical glaucoma care to an established patient base.
- Perform a broad range of procedures, including MIGS, traditional glaucoma procedures, and cataract surgery.
- Help expand and shape glaucoma services across the Coastal Virginia region.
