About The Position

As a Visual Associate, you will help create an inviting store environment through careful attention to detail. You will set up engaging window displays and merchandise layouts, help team members learn presentation standards in the front and back of house, and contribute to an inclusive workplace focused on product passion and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy when completing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas, navigate uncertainty, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilograms).

Responsibilities

• Create window displays and merchandise layouts, keeping promotional signage current and organized.
• Execute floor sets in an organized and timely manner.
• Work with the store management team to understand product placement and perform daily sales-floor maintenance.
• Keep backstock organized and regularly move relevant products to the sales floor.
• Follow merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
• Use store systems and technology effectively.
• Respond to customers as needed with courtesy and respect.
• Help team members learn presentation standards in the front and back of house.
