About The Position

As a Visual Associate at J.Crew, you will curate an inviting store environment with careful attention to detail. You will create engaging window displays and merchandise layouts, help maintain promotional signage, and execute organized floor sets. You will work with the store management team on product placement and daily sales-floor maintenance, keep backstock organized, and help ensure products are regularly moved to the floor. The role also involves helping team members learn presentation standards in the front and back of house, following merchandise receiving and handling guidelines, using store systems and technology, and responding to customers courteously as needed. You will contribute to an inclusive workplace focused on product passion, teamwork, and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.

• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bend, reach, and stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
