About The Position

As a Visual Associate at J.Crew, you will curate an inviting store environment with close attention to detail. You will create engaging window displays and merchandise layouts, help team members learn presentation standards in the front and back of the store, and contribute to an inclusive workplace focused on product passion and exceptional customer experiences. The role also involves maintaining merchandise organization, supporting customers, and using store systems and technology effectively.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy when completing tasks.
• Demonstrate initiative, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate uncertainty.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Create window displays and merchandise layouts, and keep promotional signage current and organized.
• Execute organized and timely floor sets.
• Work with the store management team to understand product placement and perform daily sales-floor maintenance.
• Keep backstock organized and regularly move relevant products to the sales floor.
• Follow merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
• Use store systems and technology effectively.
• Respond to customers with courtesy and respect as needed.
• Help team members learn presentation standards in the front and back of the store.
