About The Position

The Harn Museum is hiring an OPS Visitor Services Assistant to support visitor-access operations. The assistant engages with guests on-site and by phone, provides courteous customer service, and shares information about the museum and the city of Gainesville. The role also assists with coat check and visitor-property procedures, manages lost-and-found items, and helps museum staff collect demographic and attendance data by maintaining accurate daily logs and survey records. The position pays $15 per hour and requires availability Sundays from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work Sundays from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
