Visit Facilitator Specialty
About The Position
Fairview Range is hiring a Visit Facilitator to support its specialty care team at the Fairview Range Hibbing Clinic. The role supports in-person clinic visits by capturing vital signs, completing standard rooming, gathering pertinent medical information from patients, and documenting that information in their medical records. The Visit Facilitator also helps keep exam rooms stocked, ensures equipment and supplies are available, and performs other tasks that support the team's effectiveness and efficiency. The position is primarily based in Hibbing and primarily supports Podiatry, with possible coverage in Nashwauk, Mountain Iron, and other specialty areas as needed. The schedule is full time, 72–80 hours per two weeks, with 8-hour day/evening shifts and weekends as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of customer service experience.
Nice To Haves
- Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, and/or Health Unit Coordinator program.
- Health care customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Support in-person clinic visits.

- Perform other duties assigned during patient visits.
