About The Position
Travel + Leisure Co. is recruiting professional, reliable, sales-minded individuals with strong phone skills for its growing Virtual Sales Team at the sales office in Sandy, Utah. The representative conducts engaging Zoom presentations using company-provided, prequalified leads and sells owner upgrade opportunities to current owners. The role focuses on understanding owners’ vacation goals, building trust, and recommending tailored ownership solutions that help them get more value from their ownership. Associates participate in ongoing sales and career development training and use smart devices and proven closing techniques to generate sales.
Requirements
- Have 1–2 years of commission-based sales experience with a proven ability to drive results.
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrate strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Be able to thrive in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment and confidently overcome customer objections.
- Be able to present upgrade opportunities effectively and drive sales results with existing owners.
- Obtain and maintain any state-required licenses necessary to perform the position’s duties; the company will assist with the timeshare licensing process.

- Experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, owner upgrades, or consultative sales.
