About The Position

As a Groundskeeper at Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains, you will help create exceptional vacation experiences by maintaining resort grounds and landscaping to high standards. The role supports general resort operations by ensuring the grounds remain clean, attractive, safe, and well maintained. You will also assist Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resort grounds daily.
• Pick up and dispose of site trash and keep the refuse area clean.
• Keep roadways, loading and unloading areas, the parking garage, and walkways free of litter.
• Identify and report faulty items requiring repair or maintenance to support site appearance and safety.
• Monitor resort water and sprinkler systems, keeping them efficient and in good repair.
• Ensure safety compliance in relation to resort grounds.
• Assist with planting and removal of landscaping and other general grounds work.
• Assist Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
