About The Position
MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a Housekeeper for Club Wyndham in Flagstaff, Arizona. The role is responsible for meeting quality and timeliness standards while cleaning resort units and following the company’s mission and values. Housekeepers help ensure units are clean, inspected, and ready on time, and support guest services and resort cleanliness. The position includes paid training, immediate hire, competitive pay of up to $20 per hour, benefits, and opportunities for growth and career development. The work environment may include odors, dust, cleaning chemicals, and laundry chemicals. The Housekeeper may also be asked to perform additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management. Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds, with or without accommodation.
- Ability to make decisions.
- Planning and scheduling capabilities.
- Ability to read, write, and do basic math.
- Promptness and timeliness with assignments.
- Passion for cleanliness.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to learn and change behavior.
- Ability to work irregular hours.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of excellence.
- Strip units of soiled linens.
- Remove trash from units.
- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, decks, and other areas of units.
- Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
- Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedures.
- Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
- Report missing inventory and supplies to the Supervisor.
- Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
- Attend training sessions and apply the training in practice.
- Help ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in promptly resolving guest complaints.
- Maintain urgency so units are turned on time.
