About The Position

As a Housekeeper at Banner House at T Bar M, you will help ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of guest facilities and public areas. The role provides guests with a clean and comfortable environment, supporting their satisfaction and overall experience. By maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail, you will contribute to the positive reputation of the club.

Requirements

Ability to handle objects and grasp, turn, and hold items with the hands.
Ability to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment throughout various areas of the club.
Ability to lift, pull, carry, or move objects weighing at least 30 pounds.
Ability to kneel, bend, crouch, and climb occasionally.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing guest facilities, bathrooms, and public areas.
Clean and restock amenities, towels, and toiletries in guest lockers and bathrooms.
Ensure surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Assist with laundry tasks, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linen and towels.
Collaborate with housekeeping team members to support efficient workflow and timely task completion.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for supplies or cleaning services.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with guests, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and attentiveness.
Follow security protocols, safeguard guest belongings, and protect the privacy and confidentiality of guest lockers.
Wear the designated uniform and follow grooming guidelines.
Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance job knowledge and stay current on club policies and procedures.
Participate in deep-cleaning projects and periodic room inspections.
