About The Position
As a Groundskeeper at Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains, you will help create quality guest experiences by maintaining resort grounds and landscaping to high standards. The role supports general resort operations and groundskeeping by ensuring the grounds are kept up at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
Responsibilities
- Assist Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
- Maintain resort grounds daily.
- Pick up and dispose of site trash.
- Maintain clean conditions in the refuse area.
- Keep roadways, loading and unloading areas, the parking garage, and walkways free of litter.
- Look for and report faulty items requiring repair or maintenance to support site appearance and safety.
- Monitor water and sprinkler systems throughout the resort to keep them efficient and in good repair.
- Ensure safety compliance with respect to resort grounds.
- Assist with planting or removal of landscaping and general grounds.
