About The Position
As a Virtual Member Benefits Advisor, you'll work directly with individuals and families through virtual consultations, helping them understand available benefit options and guiding them through every step of the process. This role offers purpose, flexibility, and unlimited growth potential, allowing you to build meaningful relationships, educate clients on their options, and create a lasting impact, all while working remotely. Comprehensive training, structured mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided, with no previous insurance experience required. Since 2020, the company has operated in a fully remote environment, offering flexibility to build successful careers from anywhere in the United States.
Requirements
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Organized and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Passionate about helping others
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have access to a computer or laptop
- Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Have webcam and microphone capability
- Maintain a quiet, professional workspace

- Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, healthcare, retail, education, call centers, or leadership is beneficial—but not required.
Responsibilities
- Connect with Clients Virtually: Meet with clients using Zoom and other virtual communication platforms to understand their goals and recommend personalized solutions.
- Educate & Support Families: Develop expertise in supplemental benefits and financial protection programs while helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Deliver exceptional service by creating trust through professionalism, integrity, and consistent communication.
- Continue Learning & Growing: Participate in ongoing coaching, leadership development, and training designed to help you build a successful long-term career.
- Collaborate with a High-Performing Remote Team: Work alongside motivated professionals who value teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective and existing clients
- Answer questions and educate clients on available benefit options
- Present solutions clearly, ethically, and professionally
- Assist clients with applications and required documentation
- Maintain organized client records and follow-up communications
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
