About The Position
As a Virtual Client Benefits Advisor, you'll work directly with individuals and families through virtual appointments, helping them understand available supplemental benefit programs while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have access to a computer or laptop with webcam capability
- Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Have a quiet, professional workspace
- Be able to obtain (or currently hold) a state Life & Health Insurance License (training and licensing support available)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, management, or other client-facing roles is beneficial—but not required. We welcome motivated professionals from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and other online platforms
- Educate individuals and families about available supplemental benefits and coverage options
- Answer client questions and provide professional guidance throughout the enrollment process
- Build lasting client relationships through trust, integrity, and outstanding service
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
